I placed an order for $190.61 & then realized I ordered the wrong items. I reached out to support who helped me almost immediately- he cancelled the order and issued a refund & let me know it could take 5-14 business days. That was on 8/19/26. I waited until 9/8/26 to let them know the refund still had not posted to my account & they were very reassuring & let me know it could take 21 business days for some bank statements to show the refund posted. Well, it is now 9/19/26- a month since my original order & still no refund. I feel like an idiot because I seem desperate to keep asking about the refund. Aside from my issue, the customer service team is very responsive, respectful, & very good at putting you at ease. I will keep waiting, but recommend anyone to be very careful when placing order so you don’t need to make any changes & do not cancel/ do anything that requires a refund.
