The company is very personal to work with. I did a lot of research before ordering and felt very safe ordering from this company. I know they do the research. I ordered the 28th of September and since then my order has been on hold. I was asked for proof purchase so I sent them a copy of my bank statement. I have not heard anything since. I placed another order on the 30th of September to the UK which has turned up yesterday (6th Sept) I still don’t know where my order is from the 28th as no one is coming back to me. I have sent an email to someone called Chris. I have also sent two requests of the website and no response also. It’s a shame because the peptides are very high-quality and I love the brand. Unfortunately, the service I have received doesn’t reflect the quality of said brand. Shame.
